Six to twelve months for June to October or the Christmas period — the best camps are small and they fill. Three months is workable outside those windows, and we can sometimes do far less.

It depends far more on camp choice and season than on the number of days. Rather than quote a headline figure we would rather ask what you want and send you a real number, inclusive of park fees, so there are no additions later.

Private, almost always — your own vehicle and guide. We run shared departures only when you specifically ask for one to keep the cost down.

Yes, with planning. Some camps have minimum ages and some drives are long for small children. Tell us their ages and we will build around them rather than pretending it makes no difference.

Terms depend on the camps, and we set them out in writing before you pay anything. We will also tell you where a flexible-rate camp is worth the small premium.

Internal flights and transfers, yes — they are part of the itinerary. International flights we leave to you, though we will tell you which routings actually work with the plan.
