Cookie policy

This site does not track you. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tag manager and no consent banner to dismiss — because there is nothing to consent to.

1. The short version

We set no tracking cookies. We do not know who you are until you write to us. If that ever changes, this page changes first and you will be asked before anything non-essential is set.

2. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so it can recognise the same browser later. Some are necessary — keeping you logged in, remembering a form you half-filled. Others exist to build a picture of what you do across the web. It is the second kind people object to, and reasonably.

3. What this site sets

Revisit this table once the enquiry form handler is live — a form that guards against spam or keeps a session may need one strictly necessary cookie. If it does, it will be listed here by name before the form goes live.

4. Third parties we call

Two things on this site are fetched from somewhere else. Neither sets a cookie, but both mean your browser makes a request to another company, and a request reveals your IP address and roughly where you are.

If you would rather not call Google at all, the fonts can be served from our own domain instead. Decide before launch: self-host the two typefaces, or keep Google Fonts

5. The WhatsApp button

The green button in the corner is an ordinary link to wa.me. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp while you read this site and no cookie is set. If you tap it you leave for WhatsApp, and from that point WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. The same is true of any link that takes you off this site.

6. If we add analytics later

We may eventually want to know which pages people actually read. If we do, we will say here exactly what we have added and what it stores, and anything that is not strictly necessary will be off until you agree to it. We will not add advertising or cross-site tracking.

7. Controlling cookies

Your browser can block or delete cookies from any site, including this one, under Settings → Privacy. Blocking them will not break anything here, since we do not rely on any. Blocking third-party requests, or using a tracker-blocking extension, may stop the fonts loading — the site will fall back to your system typefaces and still read perfectly well.
