This 5-day safari is an astonishing journey tailored for those wishing to go beyond the traditional game drive experience while also trying to reach the land's primitive ties. This safari is a mixture of world-class wildlife viewing in two of the most important parks in Tanzania and a respectful immersion in the Maasai and Hadzabe cultures. You will begin this safari from the Tarangire region, which is filled with massive baobab trees and herds of gigantic elephants, and then onto the floor of NgorongorCraterer, which is known for its magnificent Garden of Eden.
Integrated in this wildlife spectacle are genuine human interactions that will stem from the memories of your visit. You will visit the Hadzabe, who are one of the last remaining true hunter-gatherer tribes in the world, and are located in the Lake Eyasi region. Along with the Hadzabe, you will participate in a traditional morning hunt. Day Trip
Arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) marks the start of your journey to the very center of Tanzania. A seasoned representative will be there to greet you and will conduct a private transfer to the comfortable lodge, which is located in the lively safari capital of Tanzania, Arusha. After you have had the chance to check in, your guide will meet you to begin the entirety of your instruction. This crucial session will delve into your five-day itinerary, explaining the varied wildlife you will encounter and describing the essential cultural etiquette you need to know for your interactions with the Maasai and Hadzabe people. This will make sure you are fully aware and prepared for an impactful encounter, helping foster a safe and respectful environment.

You will wake up early and have breakfast at your lodge, then head to Tarangire National Park. The Tarangire River serves as the main watering hole for many animals during the dry season. elephants. The wide expanse of savannas as well as the Tarangire River has drawn countless zir and during your morning drive, you'll see the iconic baobab trees as well as the elephants. Later, you will have your lunch in a picnic setup at the park. After lunch, you will head towards a Maasai boma. You will enter the village, and the warriors will start singing welcome songs. Today is focused on one of the most stunning spectacles of wildlife. After having breakfast, there is a short drive towards the Ngorongoro area and then descending 600 meters to the floor of the crater. The scenery on the rim is spectacular in itself, but this one-of-a-kind experience is situated in a 260 square kilometer world, filled with life, with the huge crater. During the 5 to 6 hours of the driving safari, you will have the chance to experience this ‘Garden of Eden’ and most likely experience the ‘Big Five’. Chances of seeing a lion pride basking in the sun, a solitary bull elephant, a herd of buffalo, and a critically endangered black rhinoceros are in the realm of possibility. After having a Hippo poolside picnic, you will have a short drive towards a different landscape across the crater rim, all the way to the Lake Eyasi basin, where luxurious accommodation awaits.

This day is extraordinary and one you'd remember forever. Imagine waking up just before the sun rises. It is cold and the sun is nowhere to be seen, but you prepare to drive into the bush and meet a group of Hadzabe men who are just waking up to prepare for their daily hunts. Going there on foot is amazing. You get to go back in time and experience their ancient world. Walking in acacia tunefully, you are taught the distinctive clicking message one of the men is saying. You get to see their amazing talent at tracking, the bows with tips dipped in poison, and their wisdom about nature and animals. This is real hunting, not a game staged for the tourists. You head back to the lodge and have a late breakfast. After breakfast, you get to see the Datoga people. The people are known for their blacksmith skills, forging tools for the Hadzabe people. You will see the fire and hear the amazing brunt of the hammer as they work on turning scrap metal into head arrows and fine jewelry. This is a skill that people have passed down for many generations.

The last breakfast on this tour is at the lodge, at your leisure, while allowing time for some last-minute self-appreciation for the deep reflection on the complete tour of the magnificent Tanzania landscapes and culture. Post breakfast, the elegant and visionary ride back to Arusha on the scenic road will commence. The genial, gentle manager will escort you to the lively and colorful Maasai Market. The Maasai Market is associated with a lively and colorful setting, along with a huge and larger range of local crafts, beadwork, and souvenirs.
