Active Kilitop & Safaris is a locally owned expedition company based in Arusha, Tanzania, specializing in personalized Kilimanjaro treks and wildlife safaris across the country. Established in late 2010, the company has built a reputation for delivering uniquely crafted travel experiences that highlight Tanzania’s natural beauty, rich culture, and diverse wildlife .
The company is led by Gabriel Nkini, an experienced expedition leader and graduate of Mweka Wildlife College and Mount Meru University . Under his guidance, Active Kilitop & Safaris offers a range of services, including guided climbs of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, as well as safaris to iconic destinations like Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara. Their itineraries also extend to cultural excursions and beach holidays in Zanzibar.
With a focus on safety, comfort, and authentic local engagement, the company employs trained guides and support staff who are knowledgeable about Tanzania’s ecosystems and cultures.
